  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Fragrance testers or complimentary gifts.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@scentaura-hub.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.

  3. Send the item to the address provided in the return confirmation.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Scentaura Hub is not liable for lost return packages.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email clear photos of the item and packaging to info@scentaura-hub.com.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
